ProfilePilot operates on a straightforward, transparent flat-rate per-location billing model. You are billed based on the number of active locations managed within the platform. All channels (Google Business Profile, Facebook, Instagram) are included standard in every plan—you are never charged extra multipliers for adding additional social channels to a location. We offer three core service tiers, each available on either a flexible monthly or a discounted annual billing cycle.

  • Growth (D.I.Y. — Do It Yourself) Full software access allowing you to manage everything in-house. Best for teams that have the dedicated personnel and time to run their own listings, bulk posting, and review reputation management.

  • Scale (D.I.W.M. — Do It With Me) [Most Popular] Full software access paired with guided, hands-on support from the ProfilePilot team. We assist with bulk posting, accuracy checks, and review response coaching. Best for growing businesses that want expert guidance without fully handing off control.

  • Enterprise (D.I.F.M. — Do It For Me) A fully managed concierge service. Our expert team takes over the daily execution of publishing, review responses, and local SEO strategy on your behalf, complete with a dedicated account manager. Best for large enterprises or highly time-poor operations.

You can structure your billing to optimize for flexibility or cost savings:

  • Monthly Billing: Maximum flexibility with no long-term commitment. You can switch plans or cancel at any time.

  • Annual Billing: Locks in a significantly lower per-location rate for a full 12 months, backed by a formal Service Level Agreement (SLA) guaranteeing 99.9% uptime, a 4-hour critical issue response, and quarterly business reviews.

How Annual Invoicing Works:

  • 25 Locations or Fewer: Your organization is invoiced once upfront for the full 12-month period.

  • More than 25 Locations: Your organization is invoiced monthly, but locked into the discounted annual rate.

What is Included in Every Plan:

  • All connected social channels (Google, Facebook, Instagram) per location.

  • Complete review monitoring and response workflows.

  • Automated listing accuracy scoring and audits.

  • The full Reporting suite (Executive, Locations, and Reputation).

  • AI-powered review response generation (Included under a fair-use baseline; high-volume enterprise usage can be topped up if necessary).

  • Zero Setup Fees: There are no setup fees for the Growth or Scale plans, and comprehensive onboarding is automatically included in the Enterprise (D.I.F.M.) price.

Optional Add-ons (Pay-As-You-Go): Once onboarded, you can activate premium add-ons directly from your dashboard. You strictly pay for what you use; these are never added automatically to your invoice.

  • LocalSEO Grid Scans: Geo-grid ranking snapshots purchased in distinct credit blocks.

  • Developer API Access: Metered, pay-as-you-go access to the ProfilePilot API.

Changing or Upgrading Your Plan

  • Monthly Clients: You can switch plans at any time. Your new per-location rate and feature access will apply at the start of your next billing cycle.

  • Annual Clients: You can upgrade your tier mid-term (the rate difference will be prorated). However, because annual plans lock in a steep discount, downgrades will only take effect at the end of your current 12-month contract period.

Frequently Asked Questions

"Do I pay per channel?" Absolutely not. You pay a single flat rate per location. Connecting your Facebook or Instagram pages to a location will never trigger additional channel billing.

"Are there any hidden costs?" No. Your invoice is strictly your location count multiplied by your plan's rate. Optional add-ons (like LocalSEO Grid scans) are opt-in only and clearly itemized.

"What SLA do annual plans include?" Annual commitments include a 99.9% uptime guarantee, a 4-hour response time for critical platform issues, and quarterly business reviews. Enterprise (D.I.F.M.) clients also receive priority routing to their dedicated account manager.
