How does monthly vs annual pricing work?
Monthly plans offer flexibility with no long-term commitment. Annual plans lock in a lower rate for 12 months (backed by SLA) and are billed monthly at the annual rate. Accounts with 25 or fewer locations on an annual plan are invoiced for the full year upfront.
Do I pay per channel?
No. All available channels (Google Business Profile, Meta / Facebook, Instagram, Bing Places, and Apple Maps) are included in every plan at no extra cost. Pricing is flat per location only.
What is the difference between D.I.Y, D.I.W.M, and D.I.F.M?
D.I.Y gives you full software access to manage everything yourself. D.I.W.M pairs you with our team for guided posting and accuracy checks. D.I.F.M hands off all management entirely — we handle posting, review responses, and local SEO execution on your behalf.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Monthly clients can switch plans instantly from the dashboard. Annual SLA clients can upgrade mid-term; downgrades take effect at the end of the 12-month period.
What about AI response generation limits?
All plans include a fair-use baseline for AI-powered features like review response generation and executive narratives. High-volume usage can be topped up in-app without interrupting your service.
Is there a setup fee?
No setup fee for D.I.Y or D.I.W.M. D.I.F.M onboarding is included. For Agency Partner (wholesale reseller) enquiries, visit /partners.
Are there hidden API or credit costs?
No surprises on your location plan. Optional add-ons (Local SEO Grid, Developer API, WhatsApp) are enabled when you choose them. For WhatsApp, Meta bills conversation categories on your WABA card; ProfilePilot invoices a separate per-message platform handling fee monthly.
How does WhatsApp billing work?
Orders (transactional), Marketing (broadcasts), and Authentication (OTP) share one WhatsApp Business Account. You pay Meta directly for billable conversations. ProfilePilot charges platform handling fee by Meta category — visible on Orders → Usage and invoiced as unpaid monthly usage invoices. Commerce enablement is currently provisioned by our team (not self-serve checkout yet).
Do you offer an SLA?
Yes — annual plans include a 12-month SLA covering 99.9% uptime, 4-hour critical response, and quarterly business reviews. D.I.F.M clients receive a dedicated account manager.
