Agency branding (portal, email, and PDF)

Go to `/dashboard/agency/branding`. Agency Staff cannot open this page.

This is a subset of Admin whitelabel fields for portal / email / PDF only. Agencies do not get a public marketing site, and public-site social/footer branding fields are not part of this self-serve surface.

1. Upload logo, dark logo, favicon, and PWA icons as needed (stored under your agency’s asset prefix).
2. Set primary colour — portal accents and many client-facing PDFs/receipts follow this when the client is managed by your agency.
3. Set support email and support phone used on receipts and help CTAs.
4. Set email From name and reply-to for client-facing mail once your sender domain is active.
5. Choose timezone and presentment currency (advertising / invoice presentment — wholesale maths stay USD-canonical).
6. Save.

Uploads must stay under your agency folder — never dump files into a shared flat path.

Client-facing mail (for example review alerts) can send From your agency domain when verified.

1. Enter the sending domain on the branding email-domain card.
2. Click Connect and copy the DNS records shown (SPF / DKIM / DMARC as provided).
3. Add them at your DNS host, then Verify.
4. When status is active, client-facing mail uses your agency From with ProfilePilot fallback if sending fails.

Always ProfilePilot-branded (not your domain): wholesale agency invoices, trial/onboarding drip for direct signups, and ops/incident mail.

The branding page shows custom domain / subdomain / verify status for your portal login host, but agencies cannot change slug, custom domain, billing mode, rates, or activation flags via self-serve API (attempts return 403).

Ask ProfilePilot support/admin to change portal domains. Analytics fields (GTM / GA IDs) remain editable for agencies.

Remember: white-label = login + portal. There is no agency public marketing site to brand.
