What is the Location Accuracy Report? The Location Accuracy Report provides a complete view of all your locations ranked by their listing accuracy scores. Use this report to identify which locations need attention and prioritize improvements to your Google Business Profile listings.

Accessing the Report: Navigate to Reports dropdown > Location Accuracy to open the report page.
Report Contents:
Each row in the report displays:
• Location Name: Business name from the Google Business Profile
• Store Code: Your internal store/location identifier (if configured)
• Accuracy Score: 0-100 numerical score
• Score Color Badge: Visual status indicator (Green/Amber/Red)
• Account ID: Which Google Business account the location belongs to
• Edit Button: Quick link to open location detail page for editing
Understanding Accuracy Scores:
• Green (80-100): Excellent - Profile is complete and well-optimized
• Amber (50-79): Needs Attention - Some important fields are missing
• Red (0-49): Critical - Multiple important fields missing or incorrect
• Score 0: Permanently closed location (not a fixable profile)
Sorting & Filtering:
• Sort by Score: Click the Score column header to sort from lowest to highest (helps find problem listings first)
• Filter by Account: Use the Account dropdown at the top to focus on specific Google Business accounts
• Search by Location: Use the search field to find specific locations by name
Missing Fields Insight:
When you click into a location from this report, you'll see a list of the specific fields preventing a higher score. Common missing fields include:
• Basic Info: Business name, address, phone number, website
• Hours: Regular business hours (especially important for service visibility)
• Categories: Primary category and additional service categories
• Description: Business description or about section
• Photos: Business photos (higher number = higher score)
• Details: Attributes like parking, outdoor seating, Wi-Fi, etc.
Data Freshness Tip: If a field shows as missing but you can see it in Google Business Profile, run a full account sync or refresh the location details to pull the latest data before re-checking the report.
Improving Scores:
1. Filter to show locations with scores below 80
2. Sort by score to focus on lowest-scoring locations first
3. Click "Edit" to open the location detail page
4. Add missing fields based on the warnings shown
5. Save changes back to Google Business Profile
6. Re-run the report in a few days to see updated scores
Export Options:
• CSV: Download as Excel/spreadsheet format for team sharing and analysis
• JSON: Download as JSON for system integration or advanced analysis

1. Export the report as CSV
