Locations Performance Report

Comprehensive table showing location performance across impressions, engagement, leads, and reputation.

What is the Locations Performance Report? The Locations Performance Report provides a detailed breakdown of each location's performance across all key metrics. View impressions, engagement actions, lead generation, and reputation metrics in one comprehensive table.

Key Benefits:

All-in-One View: See impressions, engagement, leads, and reputation metrics for all locations in one table

Metrics by Category: Data organized into clear sections - Impressions (Maps/Search breakdown), Engagement (Website clicks, Directions, Views), Leads (Calls, Messages, Bookings), and Reputation (Ratings, Response Rate, Response Time BH)

Accuracy Scores: Each location's listing accuracy score and missing field count integrated directly in the table

Account Filtering: Focus on specific Google Business accounts when managing multiple accounts

Time Period Selection: Choose a rolling day range (7, 30, 60, 90) or a specific month

Export Options: Download as CSV for analysis, sharing with stakeholders, or further processing

Accessing the Report: Navigate to Reports dropdown > Locations to open the report page. Select your filters and click "Run report" to generate the data.

Accuracy & Completeness:

Accuracy Score: 0-100 score indicating profile completeness and quality

Missing Count: Number of important fields not yet filled in the location profile

Filtering & Parameters:

The report page provides two main filters:

Account (Optional): Select a specific Google Business account or leave blank to include all accounts

Period Type: Select Days or Month to control the timeframe

Days (if selected): Choose 7, 30, 60, or 90 days

Month (if selected): Pick the specific month to report on

Click "Run report" to generate the table. The table displays all matching locations with metrics for the selected period.

Timeout Reliability: Locations report now prioritizes database-backed metrics by default to avoid upstream first-byte timeout failures on heavy account/date windows.

Reliability Badge: When timeout-safe reliability mode is active, the report header shows a "Database-only mode" badge so users can clearly see the run used DB-backed metrics only.

Understanding the Data:

• Empty cells (shown as "—") indicate no data for that metric (e.g., if no calls were made)

• Metrics are aggregated from Google Business Profile and your reputation data

• Totals and rows respect Account Sync Scope defaults when no specific account is selected, matching dashboard/reputation scoping behavior

• Response times below the accuracy threshold appear in lighter text

• Account names are normalized for easy identification

Exporting & Sharing:

Once data is loaded:

• Click Export CSV to download as spreadsheet (Excel, Google Sheets compatible)

• Use Combined Report PDF from the Reports index when a PDF output is needed

• Use exports for team presentations, board reports, or further analysis

Best Practices:

• Run the report monthly to track location performance trends

• Compare Response Rate and Response Time metrics to reputation module for accuracy

• Focus on locations with low engagement or high unresponded reviews

• Use impressions to identify locations not showing up in search results (may need profile optimization)

• Track leads (calls, messages, bookings) to identify high-performing locations

• Monitor accuracy scores and address locations with low scores (see Location Accuracy Report)

• Export 30-day reports regularly to track month-to-month progress
