Admin Settings Dashboard
Admin-only tools for organization management, response time settings, and sync scope controls.
Navigate to Admin → Settings to access these controls. Only admin users can see this page.
Organization Selector: If you have access to multiple organizations, a dropdown appears at the top. Select a client org to reload all settings for that organization.
Response Time Calculation: Set your business open and close times, and provide a JSON array of public holiday dates (format: `YYYY-MM-DD`) to exclude non-working hours from average response time calculations.
Executive Report Settings: Four controls in a grid — Sample size (1–500 locations to aggregate), Cache TTL (1–24 hours to cache totals), Narrative Add-on toggle (enables AI narrative outside report pages), and Promo Banner toggle (shows a promotional banner on the dashboard).
Account Sync Scope: A checklist of all connected Google accounts. Only ticked accounts are included in Full Data Sync. Use Select All / Clear to manage in bulk, then click Save Selection. If the list is empty, Full Data Sync is skipped.
Review Templates: Create and manage reusable review response templates that team members can apply when replying to reviews.
Short Links: Create and manage short links (e.g. for review request campaigns) from this page.
Click Save Settings at the bottom of the page to persist business hours, public holidays, and executive report settings.
- Go to Admin → Settings
- Switch the active organization using the org selector
- Set business open and close times
- Add public holidays as a JSON array (YYYY-MM-DD)
- Adjust executive report sample size and cache TTL
- Toggle Narrative Add-on or Promo Banner
- Select Google accounts for Full Data Sync scope
- Create or edit review response templates
- Create or manage short links
- Click Save Settings to apply changes
