Google Q&A Sunset

Google deprecated the My Business Q&A API; Q&A sync and answering are disabled.

Google removed the My Business Q&A API, so Q&A syncing and posting answers are no longer available.

Existing questions remain visible in ProfilePilot, but new Q&A data cannot be fetched and answers cannot be posted through the app.

Review workflows remain fully supported; focus on replying to reviews to maintain engagement.

If Google reintroduces Q&A support, we will re-enable sync and answering workflows.

Typical Tasks
  • Review existing Q&A entries for context
  • Use review replies to address customer questions instead
  • Share deprecation notice with your team
