ProfilePilot integrates with Bing Places for Business to help you manage your Bing listings alongside your Google Business Profile locations.

The integration uses OAuth authentication with your Bing Places account credentials. You can connect multiple Bing accounts to the same organization.

Account Selection: When connecting, you'll be prompted to enter the email address associated with your Bing Places for Business account. This ensures the correct account is linked.

Automatic Initial Sync: After successfully connecting a Bing account, ProfilePilot automatically syncs all your Google Business Profile locations to your Bing account. This typically takes 30-60 seconds for large location sets (3000+ locations).

Manual Sync: Use the "Sync Now" button in Settings > Integrations to manually trigger a location sync at any time. This is useful after bulk updates to Google locations or adding new stores.

Real-Time Auto-Sync: ProfilePilot includes a database trigger that automatically syncs changes whenever you edit a Google Business Profile location. Updates propagate to Bing within seconds without manual intervention.

Location Mapping: The sync copies essential fields including store code, name, address components (street, city, state/province, postal code, country), phone number, website, latitude/longitude, and primary category.

Disconnect: You can disconnect a Bing account at any time from the Integrations page. This removes the OAuth connection but preserves the synced location data in Bing.

Note: Bing does not have a public reviews API, so review data remains separate from the Bing integration. Focus on location accuracy and completeness for Bing listings.
